egg laying turtles

This summer I went camping on an island in Ontario called Dryberry lake. My friends and I went for a walk down a trail and I wasn't looking where I was going. I almost stepped on a snapping turtle laying eggs.

Things we've done
1. We went hiking and went over a suspension bridge at Lynn Canyon
2. We went to Sue's house for the last day
3. We went to the aquarium and saw monkeys, pirañas, birds, sloth, jelly fish, beluga whales, dolphins,          
sea lions, sea otters and lots of fish and frogs
4. Uncle Corey came to visit with his girl friend Rachel and Evangeline.
5. We went for supper with Uncle Corey
6.  We went to the beach with uncle Corey and found shells and saw funny sculptures
7. We visited some friends in Coquitlam. They have a cute dog named Chester

backwards

today I  learn about punctuation and using it properly. yesterday i learn haw to say the ABC backwards! then i went for  lunch  and this guy went past us and  got on all 4's and we thought he was choking but his throat just swells up. but then he got up and said i am all right!
 then i went back to sue  house  and made  a picture for (the) (a) (lug) and me. we are going to make more pictures for more words. then we went to the beach and i took lots of pics. then we went to the hotel.

i am having a great day. i am about  to go to bed. i had my 1 class and i am lovin  it already. sue is really nice and sue has a  dog named prestley. for lunch  mom and dad picked me up and went to a food court. then i went back to sues house and i built the alphabet uppercase and lowercase and learnt it mostly back and forth.  then after we went to go see a movie at first they had on a horror film but then they said sorry and gave us a free movie ticket and what ever we wanted from the concession stand. i got skittles. then after the movie we tried getting our free move tickets and the dude would not give them to us so he had to phone his boss and gave it to us.

Monkey troubles

Yesterday we flew from Chaing Mai to Phuket, Thailand. When we got to Phuket we went shopping and went to go see a movie. The movie was called Knight and Day. It was in English with Thai subtitles. Knight and Day is a really good movie if you like action. After the movie we went walking around Phuket town and went shopping while we walked back to our hotel.



This morning we took a ferry from Phuket town to Phi Phi island. It is a very nice island. Almost like the Perhentian islands. Once we go here we walked around to find a hotel. We looked at about 5 different hotels and we finally found one. Then dad and Colton went to get our backpacks that we left at a dive shop while we looked. Our hotel is a bunch of buildings that are on stilts. It is right on the beach. One whole wall facing the water is a window and we have a really nice deck. After lunch we came back to our room and there were 9 monkeys on our deck. One had a baby. When Colton went to walk by it. It tried to grab his sprite out of his hand.

We spent the rest of the afternoon swimming and playing by the water.



We have 6 days till we leave here to go home. But first we have to stop in Japan for 2 days.
